Stewarding the groundwork behind a global network of Humanity Centres.
About us
Conscious LandBank is the steward organization behind the Humanity Centre Network — building and sustaining the land, capital, and infrastructure that allow community spaces for healing, learning, and inner life to grow and thrive.
We work alongside charities, community organizations, and mission-aligned partners to bring Humanity Centres into the world and ensure they remain financially resilient, and protected for generations.
Humanity Centres offer community learning, wellness, creativity, and contemplative programs in spaces that are open, inclusive, and rooted in local community.
Places to meet
Places to connect
Places to journey inward
These places are deeply needed — and increasingly rare
Across cities and rural communities alike, spaces dedicated to inner life, community learning, and collective care are disappearing. Many community facilities struggle financially. Others are sold or redeveloped without pathways for continued public use. Without long-term stewardship and sustainable funding, spaces of care are fragile.
Our role
We focus on what most community organizations cannot easily do alone: finding and nurturing suitable places, structuring capital, and designing governance models that protect mission over time.
Land stewardship
We identify under-utilized community properties and build partnerships with organizations and practitoners to develop Humanity Centres.
Capital alignment
We design financing structures that support community ownership and long-term sustainability.
Governance and protection
We implement stewardship models that ensure properties remain dedicated to Humanity Centre use.
Our mission is to enhance the evolution of humanity by developing a place-based network of humanity centres.
We believe community and consciousness are essential to humanity’s future — and that both require places where people can gather, explore, and grow together.
The model
To fulfill our mission, Conscious LandBank integrates a set of interconnected initiatives that work together to support the Humanity Centre Network over the long term.
Each component serves a distinct role, but all exist for the same purpose: to ensure Humanity Centres can be created, sustained, and protected.
-
Conscious LandBank works with charities, facility owners, and local partners to identify under-utilized churches, retreat centres, and community facilities that can host Humanity Centres.
We support the early-stage work required to explore feasibility, align partners, and design redevelopment or revitalization pathways that preserve space for Humanity Centre use.
Identify suitable properties
Build partnerships with facility owners and charities
Support early development and planning
Design pathways for long-term stewardship
-

The Fund targets projects that balance financial performance with long-term mission alignment.

-
In addition to real estate and capital strategies, Conscious LandBank develops financial and digital systems that generate recurring revenue to support Humanity Centre operations.
These systems are designed to integrate with everyday financial activity — such as donations and payments — so that participation in the economy can also contribute to social purpose.
Social-purpose payment and donation tools
Digital asset infrastructure designed for impact
